1. Who we are

These terms apply to all orders placed at tidarajewelry.com, operated by Tidara, a trade name of Martin Dessens, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42189086, Weeldijk 2, 4758 TK Standdaarbuiten, the Netherlands. Contact: info@tidarajewelry.com.

2. Orders

A contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation by email. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error or if a product is unavailable. Any payment will then be refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is free on orders of €40 or more; for smaller orders a shipping fee of about €5 applies. The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is made at checkout through the methods shown there.

4. Delivery

We currently ship within the Netherlands only. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and usually delivered within 4–7 business days after payment. Delivery times are estimates. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, you may cancel it and receive a full refund.

5. Right of withdrawal

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, as described in our Refund Policy. We refund the purchase price and the original standard shipping costs within 14 days of receiving the return. Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

6. Products and guarantee

Our jewellery is made of gold PVD-plated stainless steel and is waterproof and tarnish-resistant under normal use. Colours may vary slightly from photos. You keep your statutory rights if a product is not in conformity with the contract. Please report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery, as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned, unless the damage results from intent or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer law.
