Refund policy

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days after you receive it, without giving a reason. To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email us at info@tidarajewelry.com with your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item you received is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase price and the original standard shipping costs to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days before the refund appears on your account.
